 as most people know is that hardest part of  getting help for your problems is admitting that you need help to beat your problems. "people say sticks and the stones may break your bones but names can never hurt you, but thats not true," recently Demi quotes. " words can hurt. They hurt me, things were said to me that i still haven't forgotten."  after spiraling down a deep hole of depression and despair,  Demi, the happy, talented, singer we absolutley adore knew she needed help. the stress of internet bullies, her breakup with co-star from camp rock, Joe jonas and a hectis and frustrating work schedule was just to much. Sonny with a chance star made a brave step to sign into a rehabilitation center for her problems. At the time, her rep said " demi has decided to take personal responsibility for her actions and seek help"
i am  trying to respect demi's privacy, but i can tell you that demi is progressing very well in rehab. now that demi is ready to start fresh, the question is: Whats her next move? for starters, dem knows she needs to avoid at all costs all the negativity and drama that led her to the problems in the first place. demi will have a limit on the internet,especially on pages like twitter and gossip sites, where mean spirited comments once caused a mager drop to demi's self esteem. " bullies dont have the guts to say it to my face" demi told the magzine M.  Demi lately will be focusing on those she loves, and not running herself into a wall of exhaustion because of work. demi says that when she has days off she spends as much time with her family as possible. she is also going to be repairing the break in selena gomez ( wizards of waverly place) and her friendships with taylor swift ( singer/song writer) too. demi is going to share what shes gone through and what shes learned  and teaches others in the same situation. demi has had a hard time, but she will get through it with her fanily,friends and fans supporting her.
