Best Dressed Diva Of The Week: Tasha Smith

I know you guys just knew I was going to pick Kerry Washington in that amazing white Marchesa dress. Surprise, Surprise!

Some days everything just comes together! Actress Tasha Smith looks stunning as ever in this silver metallic one-shouldered Tadashi Shoji dress.

She was a Grecian Goddess from head to toe!

Worst Dressed Diva Of The Week: Diane Kruger

Something went terribly wrong with this ivory rise and fall shapeless Narciso Rodriguez dress on Diane Kruger. It was like watching a train wreck and you couldn't do anything about it!

It is a happy ending to this story because Diane did rebound in a gorgeous champagne J. Mendel and green polka-dot Jason Wu dress this week.

Calvin Klein

Imagine my surprise when I saw Lyndsey Scott walking the Calvin Klein Fall 2009 runway show. She is the first black model to score an exclusive with the designer. Calvin Klein, Prada and many other designers hardly ever uses African-American models. I take it back, at least Jourdan Dunn was the first African-American model in TEN YEARS to walk Miuccia Prada show which I think it's ridiculous and that's why I don't wear or care for Prada.

The eighteen year old(they all claim to be only eighteen) New Jersey model was discovered by Click Models.com. All of a sudden, Scott was everywhere for the Spring 2010 shows such as Tracy Reese, Gucci, Giambattista Valli and many others.

She is feature in DKNY, Baby Phat campaigns and Elle and Italian editorials.

I adore her girl next door chic look. Thank you Lyndsey for opening more doors for us!

Happy Halloween!

It's almost time! What are your plans for Halloween? Mine include:
  • A Thriller dance class with my girlfriends on Saturday. I'm really terrible at following choreography, so this should be hilarious.
  • Cocktails at my place -- I finally set up a small bar area in my apartment, and I'm excited to put it to use. Maybe we'll play a little Ouija board as well?
  • Dressing up as a Dia de los Muertos bride/zombie/skeleton {something like this}.
  • Party-hopping and looking for trouble...it's Halloween, you're supposed to be mischievous, right?
  • Scrounging up some Halloween candy, preferably mini Almond Joy, mini Butterfinger, and mini Snickers {because mini candy is more fun than regular sized candy somehow...}.

And remember:

"Softly cross your fingers at the Witching hour.

Over fates and fortunes, the moon will give you power!"

R.I.P. OneLove

Sexy.
My watch and Byron's watches.
Felicity spidey Webb
Ha Ha where's ya pigment at??
So this is the end of an era. OneLove have officially departed from Tank nightclub as of last week. For whatever reason it is being moved to the Bourbon bar in Kings Cross in three weeks. So these are the last photos, unless Byron would like to upload last weeks shots, for ever. We will not remember the nights due to our own addictions.

Style File: Rihanna

Rihanna's latest single has already created a buzz on the radio and on the internet. Some critics say that her lyrics are very provocative and could encourage influenceable people to commit suicide.

Check out what other critics had to say

Entertainment Weekly:

After a few listens, I think those risks absolutely pay off. Rihanna is in fine vocal form throughout, and Ne-Yo’s songwriting is economical and evocative per usual. I have a feeling “Russian Roulette” is a single we’re all going to be hearing a lot of in the coming months.

LA Times:

It’s hard to imagine it blasting out of car windows or even controlling a club, but it’s all attention-grabbing stuff, standing in stark — emphasis on stark — contrast to much of the current pop landscape.

Even though I didn't think it was possible Rihanna has edged up her look even more. Even when she hadn't even released her single you could spot her outfits daily on the internet. And let's admit it, she looks absolutely stunning and her outfits truely inspire every fashionista as Rihanna isn't afraid to push fashion boundaries.
