Reese Witherspoon's Yoga Workout



As the winded paparazzi know, Reese Witherspoon has long been a runner. But the 32-year-old has found a new way to increase her strength and stamina sans sneakers. She’s hooked on YogaHop, a class that combines poses with high-energy music. “Reese looked more toned after just one month of sessions,” says instructor and studio co-owner Matthew Reyes. The cameras may still follow her, but she’s never looked better in the pics.

When she’s in town, the actress takes two weekly 90-minute classes at YogaHop in Santa Monica, California. Unlike a typical studio, this one plays rock, pop, and hip-hop music, and the songs change daily. In the first hour, students move from one pose to the next every few breaths. During the last 30 minutes, the pace slows as the focus switches to flexibility and students hold stretches for up to a minute or more....
